Introduction of Organiser:

The Hong Kong Institute of Science & Innovation is the first national-level research institution established in the HKSAR with the approval of the Central Government. It is affiliated with the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The institute has two research centres, one of which is the Centre for Artificial Intelligence and Robotics (CAIR). CAIR focuses on cutting-edge international research in multimodal AI large models, embodied AI robotics, and brain-inspired AI fundamental theories. Its goal is to build Hong Kong into a brand for artificial intelligence and establish an international hub for innovative applications of AI and robotics in medical technology and life sciences.
